Why do I only hear sound from one of the ear-pieces?
The ear-pieces are not paired properly:
Disconnect any connections with the headphone you might already have.
Push twice on the left ear-piece
Now both ear-pieces will be paired to each other.
Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for new devices.
Now you will see only 1 connection available.
Tap on it to pair.
